-Next-In-Line Advanced Support: Places you at the head of the support line and guarantees that an Advanced Support Team will get to work within 4 hours (or by noon the next business day if the problem occurs after-hours).

 

Proactive ($99/month)
-Guaranteed 30-minute response time for phone and e-mail support, 24/7
-Next-In-Line Advanced Support: Places you at the head of the support line and guarantees that an Advanced Support Team will get to work within 4 hours (or by noon the next business day if the problem occurs after-hours).
-Complete Home Technology Monitoring (Requires a Remote Diagnostics Tool): Whole-system health monitoring which notifies us if something goes wrong.


 *All Advanced and on-site support is billed hourly in 15-minute increments: Business Hours: $110/hour / Nights & Weekends: $180/hour.
For Priority & Proactive Customers, the Preferred Business Hour rate is $90 and Preferred After-Hours Rate is $150.
