-Priority Advanced/On-Site Support: next day guaranteed
-If necessary, phone support with an advanced technicians 7 days a week 9am-10pm
-In-Home Advanced Technician visit for *urgent events* 7 days a week at 20% reduced labor rate

 Proactive ($99/month) (Requires a troubleshooting appliance to be in the home)

 *All Advanced and on-site support is billed hourly in 15-minute increments: Business Hours: $110/hour / Nights & Weekends: $180/hour.
For Priority & Proactive Customers, the Preferred Business Hour rate is $90 and Preferred After-Hours Rate is $150.
